Moving so fast that time appears to be standing still, Wally rescues everyone he can on the Central City Bridge. He checks to confirm the three future bombers are still in jail and then runs to Metropolis to deal with the disaster there. After he leaves, a figure teleports onto the scene, hovering in the air over the bridge. Wally digs people out of the rubble in Metropolis and then runs to Star City, but Green Arrow orders him to leave and even threatens to shoot him. Wally leaves and Green Arrow calls another emergency Justice League meeting at the Arrowcave on Starfish Island. At the Arrowcave, Green arrow reveals to the others that he has developed an arrow which will remove The Flash's powers when he is hit by it. The others are uncomfortable with this but Green Arrow says that the Flash has proven himself a threat to freedom and equality, and tells the others that he will need their help to stop him. Back ion Central City, The Flash foils Trickster from taking advantage of the chaos to rob a bank. After defeating Trickster he has another vision and realises what the League are doing. He runs to Starfish Island and confronts them.
